Limitation of liability for references and links
In the case of director indirect references to external internet pages ("links") which lie outside the realm of Solarwatt´s responsibility a liability would only become effective if Solarwatt were to have a knowledge of the content, and if it would be technically possible and reasonable for Solarwatt to prevent the use of any illegal content.
Herewith, Solarwatt declares explicitly that there were no illegal contents recognizable on the sites which were to be linked at the moment of setting links. Solarwatt has no influence at all on current and future configurations on contents or on the authorship of linked sites.
